I'm back from the holiday to once again rant against the injustices that plague us all!
As stated elsewhere on this page, I live in Maine. Not the most exciting state, let me tell you. But I was thinking, at least Maine is noted for some things, like lobster, potatoes, moose, and the coast. What if you live in Nebraska? What does that state have to offer? Maybe there are some farms there or something, but you don't salivate at the mouth for "Nebraskan corn" like you do for Maine lobster. I feel sorry for people that live in Nebraska, they're just plopped in the middle of a landmass and there's nothing around but miles and miles of plains. What's the capital of Nebraska? I can't even remember. Is it a major city? Are the cities in Nebraska? Is there technology in Nebraska? There was no cable TV where I lived until I was 13, so I can only imagine how far behind Nebraska is. I've probably all my Nebraska fans by writing this, but it had to be said. If anybody wishes to comment on this and/or tell me what, if anything, Nebraska has to offer, send me some mail at We can start a roundtable discussion.
Happy Thanksgiving! This year I'm thankful for: James Bond, music that is good, that my junk email only totals 30 per day, candy, Foghorn Leghorn, Camptown Races, whistling, Martha Stewart being exposed as the cruel-hearted individual she is, turkey 'n stuffing, that they're making another Indiana Jones movie, the cool tins they put Sour Altoids in, clocks, the E! True Hollywood Story, the 80s, Post-It Notes, Spider-Man, this great country, and my family.
I absolutely HATE junk email. It actually got to the point where I would collect 100+ emails in my junk folder per day. And, I had to go through the entire folder just in case something important slipped into it and man, talk about time consuming. In order to combat this, I had to go through each email and manually unsubscribe from the list. And that was even more time consuming. Why do these places do this? No one reads that junk so attempts to make people by delivering it to their email box are futile, thereby wasting their time and my time. Now I'm petrified of giving my email address out to any website because I know that that website will probably sell it to others and they'll send me junk email and clog up my box even more. But don't worry, I've now got the junk mails down to "only" about 30 per day. Sigh.
This is the neatest link: Just doodling
