EMMYS
I haven't yet commented on the Emmy Awards yet. The nominees are virtually a carbon copy of last year, which isn't necessarily a bad thing I guess, there is only a finite number of good television shows on the air after all. But honestly, Everybody Loves Raymond? That show is still reaping in the awards? All the main players on that show got a nomination. Isn't that show past its prime?? It's so stale and BORING. Plus, THE DYNAMIC NEVER CHANGES. Ray messes up, Debra gets mad, Robert is mopey, the mother gets involved in Ray's business, the father is grumpy. I've seen it all before--in every single episode. It's boring, and quite frankly, doesn't deserve to be nominated. But what was I expecting? After all, everybody loves Raymond...
24 SPOILERS
Finally, someone sees it the same way I, and every other television viewer, does. A Fox executive has claimed that they will show "fewer" spoilers for 24 in the commercials. About danged time! I've had enough of plugging my ears and yelling every time a freakin' 24 commercial comes on! I'm glad they've seen the light. Will it actually happen? Only time will tell my friends...
